Après un week-end à la météo mitigée ... nous reprenons le vendanges tant que les raisins mûrs sont beaux. La machine de tri optique (de la taille d'une voiture) nous permet cette année de bien sortir les nombreux grains qui sont restés rosés et ne sont pas tout à fait mûrs. Nous perdons un peu de raisin, mais c'est au profit de la qualité.
After a weekend with ... a mixed weather, we start again the harvest while the ripe grapes are beautiful. The optical sorting machine (about the size of a car) allows us this year to pick out many grains that are still pink and are not totally ripe. We lose some, but it is for the benefit of the quality.
